STOP PRESS: Venue Changes - Due to the Chateau on the Park cancelling our meeting room bookings due to them being closed for refurbishment following the earthquakes, we have been forced to transfer the whole event and it will now be based at the Racecourse Hotel with the meetings and functions held across the road at the Riccarton Park Raceway, including the Gala dinner on Saturday night. We will be advising all members by letter and advise those who have booked at the Chateau that it is at their discretion whether they cancel their bookings and transfer to the Racecourse or choose to stay at the Chateau as they are still prepared to offer accommodation.

JBNZ celebrates their 50th anniversary in 2012 and are planning a weekend of celebration for Queens Birthday Weekend – Friday 1st to Monday 4th June 2012.

The program for the weekend is (actual times to be confirmed)

Friday 1st June:

• 2.00pm – 5.00pm Annual Conference changed to Riccarton Racecourse

• 7.30pm “Jet Trivia” quizco changed to Riccarton Racecourse

Saturday 2nd June:

• 9.00 – 10.00am Annual General Meeting changed to Riccarton Racecourse

• or 9.15am – 3.30pm Ladies Program “Food, Fashion, Frolics and Fantasy”!

• 9.15 am transport departs

• or 10.15am for those ladies who wish to attend the AGM

• 7.00pm Gala Dinner and Dance “Vague-as-Brothers” changed to Riccarton Racecourse

Sunday 3rd June:

• 9.30am – 3.30pm Jet Extravaganza Waimakariri River

• On water action and static displays

• Racing, skills demo, Classic boats and new boats

• or 9.30am – 5pm Day trip to Hamner Springs

• 7:30pm - Weekend Windup changed to Riccarton Racecourse

Monday 4th June:

• 9.30am Family Run Waimakariri River
