Crooked River
West Coast Branch held a trip on this unique river, only open to boating at certain times of the year it is an eagerly awaited run. Starting from Lake Brunner this trip takes boaters through some incredible countryside with plenty of side streams to explore.
Motu River
An early spring trip was made up the Motu River in the Bay of Plenty. The lads overnighted on the river in brilliant weather. Truly an amazing part of the country that is only accessable by a long walk or jetboat.
Rangitata River
Canterbury Branch held its annual upper Rangitata trip on 16 August this year. Despite less than ideal weather conditions in Christchurch 21 boats made the trips into one of the most spectacular areas a jet boat can take you!
Australian Jetboating
A gaggle of jet boats assembled Friday for a long weekend of boating on the Tumut and Murrumbidgee Rivers at the foot hills of the NSW Snowy Mountains.

NZJBA Inc was established in 1962 and renamed as Jetboating New Zealand in 2002. The association has nine branches covering New Zealand and with over 2000 members it represents about a third of NZ's jetboaters. The associations objectives are:-
To co-ordinate jet boating on a National basis - To encourage safe jet boating principles and practices
- To promote and protect the rights of jet boaters and Jet Boating New Zealand Inc.
- To establish and maintain harmonious relationships with other water users.
The advent of the jetboat has given thousands of New Zealanders the opportunity to explore the remote waterways and scenic beauty of this country.
